Update: 09/23/2023 – We have finally resolved our insurance claim for the Fiona storm damage and are commencing repairs. Units will be opened in a staggered fashion as we complete all repairs. Please note that, though we anticipate repairs will be done on-time, should the repair timelines fall behind, we will make our best attempts to accommodate your stay, but we may have to cancel your booking. We will try and give you enough notice to make this as painless as possible.
Emily’s Cottages are six beautiful cottages located on over twenty acres of ocean front private property in Seafoam, Nova Scotia, on the shores of the Northumberland Straight overlooking Prince Edward Island. From each cottage you can enjoy the stunning views, sunrises, and sunsets. All units offer most of the comforts you’ll ever need.
Seafoam is located east of Cape John on the Northumberland shore of Nova Scotia. Seafoam was founded in or around 1811 by Donald McKenzie who came from Scotland and purchased the improvements made by Norman McLeod at Cape John (now Seafoam). Seafoam’s name was prompted by one of the area’s natural features — a light covering of foam on the open fields which blows off the surface of the angry seas during storms.
